I can't find my photo program on the computer, and since I'd pull something pretty horrible out if I did, I'll let you guys do it for me

I want her:

on top of a background of this:

What I'm kinda looking for is to have her head to chest in the very middle of the sig, with the british flag right behind her.
In white letters, any font, I'd like "DOCTOR' to be on the left side along the red bar going along the middle and 'DUFFY' to be on the right side on that same bar.

I lyke it, I like it alot... haha, for some reason it seems kinda goofy looking, but I can't tell why. But yeah, I'll use it, thanks bud, +1 every post I see you in.

Haha, I didnt care what font, it coulda been comic sans, but I'm actually really beginning to like the one you gave me. Fits too, rofl.
