"File trading harms the musical community" ...bullshit. Maybe if you consider the "musical community" filthy rich CEO's. File trading has done so much for music, the only people who are "harmed" by it are huge record companies.. and frankly i could give two shits about them.
i wonder how much they have spent on legal fees for all these "cases", yet they manage to pull this "60'000 jobs lost" figuer out of a hat. All 60'000 actully became lawyers.

seems that way. i havent used kazaa in ages. it seems like they're always 1 step behind. Get with the program riaa (no pun intended)
