Question on New Maps

When the new maps become available will you have to download that map to be able to play with it online? Like if the host is running a map on MP that I dont have do I need to download it to play with them or does the game download it by itself?

i wonder to, i downloaded that one map, you know the omaha one with the extra mechine guns and i cant find any servers. and also when you play with other people can they see the guns or do they just get shot by them.

You need to download the map first on your system. In goes in the main folder of MOHAA.
you can't play a map online if i isn't on your system.

And one more thing i downloaded the mp map for the bridge the one with the two guns on each side. the download said it will just replace the bridge map. when i go there, theres no guns. and if there is can the other people see them. explain

That post does make sense you stupid little brat, I play another game called IL2 Sturmovik and the game downloads maps and missions by itself.

Dustin ur the client they are the server. If the server is using a map that the client has. The client will see that map. If the server is using a map the client doesn't have, the client can't play.
