Clan creation/structures : ranks, medals?

Hi !

We are creating a clan, a finnish clan, with 3 other friends.
We don't know its name .... not yet.

My question is about a rank system or a medal system... a kind of award system, ....don't know for the moment...

HEY YOU, CLAN MEMBERS & CLAN LEADERS,
Do you use a medal/rank system ?

And how should we define it?
1st medal : 50 vict.
2nd medal : 100
3rd : 200 4th: 400 ...
or something different ?

And the ranks ?
As an award for the amount of multiplayer games ?

Help needed.

We've been around for 14 months by now and works pretty good. Playing DFLW, GR and MOHAA
