I hav VooDoo4.. I think I may be able to help

First of all, go to www.wickeed3d.com ,and download the special voodoo video drivers they have there...

Second, use the OpenGL setup feature (installed on your computer when you installed MOH, located under Start->programs->EA Games->MOH ) and update your video drivers to the latest ones available.
This should clear up your problem nicly
Good luck

No..it's not you OS. It's your Voodoo3 card. It just isn't supported by this game. I don't think anyone who has that card has gotten the game to work.

You'll find that you will have lots of problems with the new games with that card as it's not supported by anyone anymore. Don't get me wrong, I had that card and it was an awesome card, but with 3DFX outta business nobady is supporting it.

I recommend looking for good GeForce2 card. They are very cheap now. I got one for around $120 canadian a year ago, so they may be even cheaper now. If you can afford it, a GeForce3 would be tons better, but the GeForce 2 is an awesome cheaper alternative. You'll be glad you did.

Many different companies offer a GeForce card. I ended up with an Asus only because it was a good price and I have an Asus mainboard so I thought it would be a good match.

You could research it on the web or just go to a computer store you trust with a wide selection of video cards and ask their opinion. There used to be one called 'Prophet' that used to be pretty good(and cheap). Creative Labs also make good cards. Some people like ATI cards, but I found them too propriatory. It's all personal preference.

Good Luck
