Anyone watch this show on the Discovery channel? The dude Bear Grylls is former SAS before a horrific parachuting accident that broke his back in three places and forced him to retire, hes fucking awesome.

I like the guy they use to have on there better than him. The other guy would seriously be out there himself for days. He carried the cameras himself while surviving.
I like his show, and I know he could survive out there himself just prefer if there wasn't like a couple camera men following him.

I really dislike Man Vs Wild. He teaches horrible techniques while risking his own life. He does stupid things that no one should do if their in a survival situation. I suppose if your watching it for the entertainment, sure, but if you're watching to learn something, you're dead.
Survivorman is much better for learning things that can help you survive if you so happen to find yourself in a bad situation. Plus he carry's all his own gear and cameras and essentially walks the same trail 3 times to get the shot. That's hardcore.

I think being in the SAS and climbing Everest makes you hardcore. This isn't a whose dick is bigger contest here ninty. I'm just saying its an awesome show, and the guy is nucking futs.
