lollers. I work in retail and I hate talking on the phone, because it's usually the customer that is stupid as shit. I kinda understand the guy making fun of him though, because the ads always state what comes with the PC, and I've had a lot of people not buy something because they thought that $499 price was the PC, monitor, and speakers, when the tag clearly states that price is only for the PC tower.
