just wondering how big the clips are going to be on each gone and how many rounds of ammo can we carry at a time
?

Well I would think that the clips would carry as many rounds as they do in real life:

M1 Garand..10rnds
M1 Carbine..20rnds
M1911A1..7/8rnds (8 with one round in the chamber)
M1A1 (tommy)..30/50 (box or drum)
MP-40..28rnds
K98..5rnds
MG34 or 42..50 (for a single belt)
P.08 (luger)..8rnds
P38..8rnds
Bazooka/panzershreak..1 (of course)

Ok I'll stop. of course, two seconds after the release someone will make a mod for a million round clip.

well I'll admit I was wrong on the garand (i dont care much for american weapons anyway) but the Mp40 had a 32 round clip BUT, they would not fill them completly because the spring would be so tight that the gun would double-feed, and blow the thing and you up

garand had 8 round clip, and didnt the mp40 have 38?, practically my first quotes ever!

and the thomspon M1A1 had 20 rounds, but the one with the cutts compensator had 30. they didnt really use the drum clips much, though british commandos tended to.

The m1923 Tommy Gun is the one with the Cuts Compensator, and was the one that could have the drum mag. attached. The M1A1 had the removed cuts, only took box mags, the simplified sights, and a couple of other differences, which were implimented to reduce production costs. And the Marine Raiders used the drums as well as British commandoes.
