look at this picture, notice any thing wrong?
well, look at the fuselage of the stukas, mainly the colors. The yellow band around the back where the tail meets the fuselage is incorrect! The color of the band (in bombers and transports only, fighters are a whole different story) denoted what area of opperations the aircraft was assigned to. Yellow was for the Eastern Front, that meens Russia, poland and the balkans. This picture is obviously of North afrika, probibly tunisia or lybia. As such the band should be WHITE. Developers and map artists PLEASE take note.
I know I'm gonna get bitched at for being anal, but tough titty.

This is Oberleutnant Walter Sigel's Ju. 87D-1/Trop of Geschwaderkommodore Stukageschwader 3, in Lybia in 1942. Notice the white stripe...

...but after about mid 1943 the crews tended to ommit the stripe in due to camouflage reasons take this pic for example...

yes, but they only started painting them tan in the factory latter on in the war (mid-late 1942), the second photo is of a factory applied sceme, earlier they would be delivered to the front and cammoed by their crews upon arrival, S7+KS is an example of this. who knows what period the screen shot is supposed to be... plus there are always exceptions, they MIGHT have been transfers from italy hypothetically

Again, ya all gotta remember that this picture is from the game in early development, (like all the German soldiers having the same face) I'm sure 2015 had time to fine tune all of its Troops and Vehicles Land and Air. Anyway, i'm sure they will not cease to amaze all of us when its finally released. I can totally sympathise to what your saying though cuz I consider myself pretty well read in World War II and I'm going to be one of those people who will be looking for accuracy in this game as well as you. Peace.

they COULD be but of all the crews to go to afrika, probibly 98% came through from Italy, remember, the reason that germany got involved in afrika in the first place is because Italy requested help, and they basicly got suckered in from there.

Their cheeks much be in the color of a pinkish hue, but their skin on their body should be a nice teal perrywinkle.

I agree ! When I eat pea soup, each and every spoonful has to have 3 peas in it: no more, no less.

I've something to add about the picture Bürgen started the post with,
The 88mm Flak Kannon's Barrel and breech are to far back on the recoil slide. It looks as if it is returning to batterie after firing a round.
So, If you wanted it to look almost dead on, move the Breech forward so the recoil cylinder is nearly closed.
