no its not hard but how will you get the arrow to rotate the right way. under normal circumstances if you're facing north then turn west, the NSEW face will rotate clockwise going from North to West. if you switch the faces around so that the NSEW stays still and the arrows moves, the rotating face will still try to move clockwise when you turn to the west, and as a result the arrow will point to the east. the opposite direction you are facing. i think what the dude was asking is how to get the rotating face to rotate counter-clockwise when your view swings to the left.
