SOLUTION!

I have found a temporary but workable solution to the problem for anyone else who has encountered this problem.

Just delete or copy all of your downloaded pk3 files and empty your MOHAA/main...

Spike, you can't skin a cigarette on a guys mouth, it would just look like jizz running down his chin. The cigarette itself is a seperate model and is not included in a soldier's equipment format...

Based on what I have seen with the milkshaper thing, Scorpio should be able to make it.

Don't think EA will do it. Just think of how many games they have with as much blood and gore as SoFII....
