I have a couple of questions
whats the difference between CPR & CKR?
Also I downloaded a sound mod, now will other people that join my server hear these sounds? Or is it just for my enjoyment

walking speeds
can someone please tell me how to make people walk slower when carrying sniper, rocket, and shotguns. I was in servers and noticed this, And I would like to do this in my server
