new comp problems -

ok I need to system restore, factory restore.
I put recovery cd in, restart my comp, everything seems to be going well with bunch of infomation then it stops with just "A:\>" shit like that, and won't go any further.
I need help.

format c? oOo: I tried formating D drive then it fucked up I tried again it goes to end of "creating file system" then stops and goes to the blue screen, then i MUST restart

i do that but theres no "priority" shit.
I see, Normal, bootlog, safe mode, and step by step confirmation.
I did step by step, it just says bunch of stuff followed by "{Y/N}"
I am still lost. can you explian further how to change priorities

yeah that doesn't help. the kind of bios your running is determined by what motherboard you ahve. we have no idea what your bios looks like.
