I'm not saying to copy my idea but this is what Arkan would do.

I'd have all her stuff packed for her at the door. When she comes over, i'd say "Your shit is right there" as i'm pointing to her belongings. Then i'd say "I just want to thank you. Thank you for not wasting anymore than the 6yrs you already did on this fake friendship. Please hurry because your replacement will be here shortly"

......and that is it. I may help her by using my foot to slide her shit out side the door, then i'd go inside and flick on the TV and watch spongebob or something.
