working out, better thyself -

What do you guys do to stay in shape and get in better shape.
me, I play soccer on average 2 hours a day, take boxing on average 1 to 1 1/2per day. I do 100-150 situps/crunches when I wake up, 100-150 midday, and most of the time 60-100 before bed. 50 push ups a day. and I run 2 miles when I get time. I work in construction, if that counts... also I jump rope for 10-20 minutes (constant)a day usually when I get home. I'm getting made fast, and working on crossing it. It helps to clear my head. also I drink lots and lots of water, GALLONS a day. Gatorade when I start to get hungry. also I brush my teeth 5-6 times a day, thats flossing too. I swim, and relax in my hottub. word up so what do you do to better yyourself?
