Technically you blew up like you steped on a mine and you get a death and (maybe a negative kill). The TKer just has one less rocket. It works this way anywhere with barrels (red or black I believe). Anyone else ever noticed that if you shoot the red barrels to kill someone, you dont get a kill, he just "blew up".
