My problem with the Republicans is the fact that their idea of "small government" is making education (both K-12 and college), and research programs like the NSF suffer.
Being as I am a Chemistry major, the destruction of the NSF would mean I couldn't get grants when I eventually become a professor.


of course neither the Democrats of Republicans look towards their own wages as a place to cut the budget, the fucktards in Congress double their salaries like every 8 years (when everyone knows the cost of living does not double every 8 years)
