Why is it that nobody can find my server on gamespy? I tried to get a game with my friends and none of them can find me. i went into "western front" and started the game with team play and waited and waited. I pressed alt-tab and tried looking for my server on gamespy and couldn't find it. What am i doing wrong? Can anyone help me?

Have you tried looking for it in the different "rooms" for some odd reason my server is showing up in another "room" ?

i press the refresh button all the time but it still doesn't show up.... and my friends looked in every room and couldn't find anything. One time i waited about 20 minutes and nobody went on my server.... maybe i should just redownload the demo and install it again.

What connection are you on??

This might be the same as in quake 3 arena. You make a game and you might have to wait up to 2 hours for it too be listed!

I DONT understand why you dont get a list of servers. Are you on a LAN???

As far as I know once you start an Internet game you should show up on G-spy arcade. Check every room maybe it showed up on the Russian Front

Yes you can...it is all about upload. Each player usually requires about 30-40kbs of bandwith.
With a 1500kbs/384kbs<--upload speed.. ADSL connection you may be able to run a 8-10 player server

Ditch Lamespy.
I've used it but gone over to Allseeing Eye instead, not so bloated and more functional. Try it.
