Ok this may help. This is a zip file I have thus you will not see the graphics. also disregard the v1.1 use the latest version

Get the 1.10 patch here (16MB)
Get the 1.10 UK Patch here (16MB)
Do not (!!) install yet

Open Regedit (Start > Run > regedit)

Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > EA GAMES



Rightclick the folder named 1.1.12.xxx where xxx is some number (depends on your version) and select "RENAME"
100 means UK Version
200 means US Version
130 means, uhm, some other version I guess ;-)

Change the name to 1.1.12.200 for the US Patch and to 1.1.12.100 for the UK Patch

INSTALL THE PATCH
You're set to update.
Now you may need a new no cd crack to play again
