I've been offered a brand new OEM Radeon 9500 Pro 128M video card for $130. I know little about ATI cards since i have a GeForce ll card. I'd like to know how this card rates against others...like say, the GeForce 4 ti4600. I was gonna plunk down $250 to get the ti4600 but now with this offer, i'm not sure.
