dude, if ur gunna play football,dont, DONT! do curls, they are a waste of time, they are bs, b/c u work out that muscle when ur benching, doing pushups, and various other activites, trust me man, i know what iam talking
about, and tripp, u can go dry hump a wall for all ic are, i dont care if u believe me or not

my workout program: walk home from school wednsdays and thursdays, except for the first week of each month...

i am kinda lazy, but i make up for it by not overeating at all. If it wasn't for math team after school, i wouldn't get any exercise!
