That screen came up with Medal of Honor on it with guys on it and that bar that loades up. you know loading then about 3/4 through it stops and the MOHAA Console comes up and says that I need a video card with multitexturing capable but when I do systems check with MOHAA I am pass all the test. What do I do?

What videocards do you guys have? And have you tried downloading the latest drivers to them?

There should be a program that comes with MOH called "Open GL setup". Run that, and it should update your vid card drivers for ya.. Try that, it may help.

BUMP :P

I'm curious to find an answer to this problem, even though I've never had it myself.

Also, I noticed your card was a Voodoo. While searching the main site (http://www.alliedassault.com) I noticed that this has been a recurring problem that has been possibly solved before. Here is the post made by BadScript:

<BLOCKQUOTE><font size="1" face="Tahoma, Verdana, Arial">quote:</font><HR>
I posted this on our forum a while ago, but I'm getting more and more questions on "How to fix the Voodoo problem". So here, if you have a Voodoo card. You may wanna do the following to fix those nasty problems that you run into:

1) Go to Wicked3D and download WickedGL.
2) Unzip, install.
3) You won't be able to find "Medal of Honor: Allied Assault" on the list. So what you do is this: Rename MOHAANetDemo.exe to Quake3.exe, then install "Quake 3" to your MOHAANetDemo directory. If you see opengl32.dll in your MOHAANetDemo directory then it worked.
4) Rename Quake3.exe back to MOHAANetDemo.exe. Start the game, and enjoy.

Oh, and the Wicked3d site can be found here:
http://www.wicked3d.com

Not only may it solve you're problem, but it can also enhance the graphical performance of your card.

Werent there some 3DFX fix? I am not really sure as I dont have 3DFX. But seriously, Voodoo Banshee.. I wouldnt count that the game even runs with that.

Isn't game mostly supported with Nvidia cards? I have a Nvidia GEForce 256 64MB RAM DDR and when I first tried to play I got an OpenGL error. That was because I didn't have the Detonator drivers installed for my video card.

Have same problem, using annihilator 2 and live card. Do you have an AMD chipset? Creative labs and Nvidia do not seem to offer Microsoft Certified drivers for both of these cards to work with Direct x 8.0. Ran GL setup no help though. Installed latest drivers I think were screwed, no way to contact Nvidia and Creative labs will never respond. Auto setup says I'm fine and so does Dirext X Diag. I'm going to try uninstalling all drivers, let Windows put it's own drivers in and then try, then do the same thing only run GL setup. I'll let you know.
