I've had plenty worse shit happen to me in the last two years, and although hard, I've managed to work through it.....Looks bad now I'm sure, but just thing "Who gives a fuck" take 3 deep breaths, say it again, and repeat it to yourself. No matter how traumatic the event is, or how insensitive it might feel to say it to yourself.
