Those pictures are amazing, I have a few pictures but I lost most of them when I reformatted. Only thing I have on my computer now is a scroll dedicated to my Great Grandfather who died in ww1.
Do you know any more history of what they did etc?

I have TONs of stuff , My collection of hierlooms and pictures goes back to the late 1700s.
My wifes too , and as the responsible adults in our families , these historical documents have been entrusted to us. If you like I can get some things posted.

Ok ,
I have lots and lots of pictures , these were on my computer from an earlier project.
Now with these two , Im not certain of the relation and timeline. I was doing alot of research last year and got most of the information I needed , but I kind of put it away and haven't messed with it for quite some time.
The first picture is my ( how ever many Greats are needed ) Grandfather , fathers side. He faught in the civil war for the south. Picture was made in 1901 - 1906

Now these two are brothers , They are related in some form to the picture abpve. I believe they are his sons , but Im not sure without looking into the records. They were Trappers. The picture may look strange because it is very old. It was made before they used paper for pictures , its made of metal.

I'll get some more out in the next few hours , I have been wanting to dig some of that stuff out for awile anyway. lol.

Is that USN? It's quite interesting the way they wear their hats, I heard that's from what particular type of ship they were on.
