Lifting is useless. Unless you plan on becoming a grunt all your life then lifting is useless. I never lifted a weight in my life, but i work a job where you'd think i would need to. I lift fridges, A/C, lumber and other shit all day. I might struggle a bit but i don't think its necessary for me to hit the gym everyday. Doing everyday things and keep being active there is no need for lifting. I don't lift and i'm not a 20 year virgin gg.

I like to keep my body in superior shape, on top of having it look so appetizing
to the women happy:
Just remember that some people lift as a hobby: you chose masturbation
but don't knock those who decided to walk a different road. biggrin:

I unload 52' trailers 5 times a week. After unloading those i deal with the things that are to large to remove while doing the regular unload. Then on my days off i skate.

I work out four days a week.
Monday: Chest, and biceps. I don't work triceps cuz there exhausted from the pressing movement from chest. On chest I work Incline bench first, then flat, and then decline bench.
Tuesday: Back, and traps.
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Shoulders, triceps, and forearms.
Saturday, and Sunday: Rest
Supplements: Creatine monohydrate, and whey protein.
I eat six meals a day. I weigh 300 lbs, so I try to take in over 300 grams of protein a day.
I'm a cop, so lifting iron helps me with my job. It also, keeps me from go postal on people.

What i eat on a regular day varies dependin on if its a work day or not.
On a work day:
wake up 9:00 pm (yes pm)
midnight graze on gummy worms
2am graze on gummy worms
4am graze on gummy worms, finishing off package.
8am go home typically eatting a "lean pocket" Meatball and mortzirela (god i cant spell that)
stay up till about 10 or noon, then sleep. Repeat 5 days a week replacing gummy worms with, chips, pretzels, or candy.
On non work days:
"lean pocket"s
ham sandwiches (sometimes turkey) with swiss cheese on a whole wheat bread.
Donut holes, or cinamin rolls depending on mood.
Pizza rolls on now rare occasions
Toast, plain
Non work day eatting is varried and typically does not include all items in one day. All meals include one of the 3 flavors of Mt. Dew, typically regular.

I work in a computer store. I lift huge fucking monitors once a month or so. Goddamn.
Actually, I dirtbike for 50+ miles nonstop of black diamond singletrack just about every Sunday. Another 25 miles during the weekend is normal.
Repeatedly lifting a 280lb motorcyle has gotten me into damn good shape.

just started this like 2 weeks ago but i can already see results!
I workout with 2 20lbs weights and everynight except for sunday. I don't know the exact name of the workouts i do but ill try to explain them to you the best i can. First, i do 3 sets of 12 (reps), 10, and 8 curling. Then i switch to an overhead press position again with those same amount of reps. Then i grab one of the weights and drop it behind my back while i have both palms on the weight and and try my best to throw it over my head ( of course not realeasing them and bringing them back to the starting position). Btw, i take 30 secs breaks between each set (like after i do 12 then i break 10 and so forth). After i've finished the set, i then go to set the microwave for like 1:03 secs(the 3 seconds is for me to have enough time to get in place and then get in position to begin my "superset". The superset is where you do as many push-ups as you can in 1 minute. After that's complete i then go to work on my abs and do legs lifts
