everyone who says that just dont know how to use it, the m1 is terrible with accuracy while moving which is good, the KAR is an effective weapon all around in the hands of someone who knows whats it's stronger points are.
besides nothing beats a head shot with the KAR, a mans weapon :P

Overon, your all over this thing. I have to say, you've got all the good points out and see how to fix or overhaul this game to a tee. I wish I could be so to the point as you. (sorry about the lipstick on the ass)
Rizz0, why *wouldn't* you toss a grenade into a choke point when the enemy is clustered together there? Sure appears to be sound tactics to me, and not cheap at all.
The splash damage on grenades, incidentally, is rather forgiving when compare to reality. More unrealistic would be their physics; the grenades bounce around far too much. Given their heft and weight, they should "die" much quicker in most circumstances.
But again, as far as their use goes, it may _suck_ getting cut down with half your team by a well-placed grenade ... but that's the whole *point* of a well-placed grenade.
As far as limiting certain weapons in multi-play, I have long been an advocate of hosts being able to set limits on each weapon type. Doing so promotes a more balanced game and can foster better teamwork, even if by force.
Stopping snipers on Omaha? How about adding mortars instead? Let them snipe from the beach ... when a few random blasts sends their body flying from the boat, they'll think twice about sitting still in the combat zone.
