I'm not even going to look at it, already seen some bodies on the news so I'll keep it at that. Apparently the bodies won't be disease ridden, it'll be the water as sewage pipes have burst and mixed with food and whatever else, but of course when bodies are left in pools of water, disease will breed and so will certain types of mosquitos. If the water isn't flowing at all then the diseases will spread.

Feel so sorry for all those involved. Most of Thailand and Sri lanka is untouched tho so thats why they're urging tourists to come and spend money.....the main reasons why it was so destructive was that the quake happened in shallow waters so the water moved fast to the beaches and went upwards, if it'd happened in deeper seas then it wouldn't have really reached the beaches and would've just been swallowed in the depths. That and the fact these things only happen about every 700 years, hence lack of preparation and awareness....

im not encouraging you to look at it, but its not as bad as you would think. They'res a hellofalot of corpses strewn in with junk and mud, but theyre is no real gore, as most of the corpses are stained with blood, and...nevermind. I guess thats a good of a reason enough not to look at it.
