i start off every week with five lbs of burger and various ingredients made into meatballs, drop about 30 of them into a pasta vat with fresh made sauce and simmer for about a day. end of the day, pour meatballs and sauce into container, seal and store in fridge until the weekend.

football season will put 40lbs on you each week at my house.
