Nah, that was actually going to be the Archvile, but somehow he got axed, but I remember being at the PlanetDoom forums back around this date in July, right before Doom 3 was going to be released, and everyone referred to it as the Birdman (SKIPPLE-SKAPP-900!!!), and supposedly supposed to have a flamethrower. Nope that was the original hellknight model, says so in the book "the making of doom 3".
