If the disk is turning, try fixing up the wires or something (pluging them in tightly, that is what usualy is the problem with mine). If that still doesn't work, try google or sell it back. I'm on my 5th PS2 after 5 years (each PS2 I've had has had a disc read error, and i refuse to fix it when i could use the warranty to get a new one).
