Yes, to receive a certain reward you have to meet all the criteria....not just part of one.

The big difference in the Expert vs Veteran vs Basic is the hours. You cant be called an expert or veteran with only 12-24 kills in a round. Hours will prove ones skill or at least I think thats the strategy behind the levels.

If you think the Veteran badges are extreme, check out the Expert ones as far as hours.[/quote:47bd5]So you have to spend 250 hours in Surface to Air Missle ed: for Veteran, it just seems like it will be imposible to do that, say you play an hour or two a day, it would take almost a year to get it, and thats just Surface to Air Missle, what about the others, it would take so long to get them. like just to get Veteran Badges it would take a couple of years to get all of them if not more. I think they may have set it a little too high. OMG Expert Badges are insane, the amount of hours are just insane ed:
