there were mountains on the one side if I recall correctly and I don't think the truck was visible when she swerved. This girl drove a honda civic, that car hitting a deer at highway speed would have messed up the car and both passengers. No fault.

Also, I'm pretty sure the guy would have to press charges to get Cheney prosecuted, and they were pretty good friends from what I hear, so I wouldn't expect it.
I know about the mountains. Someone here wanted an example of "No Fault" and my fictional story was one of "No Fault". It was just an example.
