ive read you can eat bread (and i have been), just eat "whole grain" bread.

'Whole-grain bread (read the label and make sure the first ingredient is "whole wheat flour")'

:i eat it like a crazy fuck, sangwiches, toast, etc. i eat sarah lee whole grain bread. i also eat whoel grain pastas. which might not be a bad idea for a campus living guy. i usually make a container of it at the beginning of the week and eat from it for at least the week. instead of snacks, ill have a small bit of the pasta. sometimes replacing a whole meal ( usually lunch ) , with it. Another thing that ive been eating the shit out of is "diamond unsalted almonds". they taste fucking awesome, and are a good source of the "good" fats. Research the almonds if you like. ive read that eating around 30 almonds can act as a replacement meal. i just snack on them when ever i feel hungry through out the day, or when i dont feel like making myself something.

if you plan on running check running mag sites for meal ideas. i think they suggest moderate protein, high carbs, moderate fats. itll make it easier on you and make your runs more productive.
