Not that Chicago is a bad place, but a scene like (I don't know what you saw Arkan, but I can only imagine) that at night would seem sketchy to me if I was alone, unless it was during the day.
But cops/sheriffs patrol the highway in Chicago a lot doing their job, so they catch these things really fast. But it's annoying because everyone in Chicago has to come to a complete stop (0 mph) on the highway to take a glance. Anyone from or has been to Chicago driving past a car accident or someone getting a ticket on the highway knows what I'm talking about.

Ok, perhaps you should read through the thead again. No one called the cops from the "safety" of their car as they whizzed by. I purposely asked the cop if she got the call, said no, she just happened upon the scene. As for being set up? It was very fucking obvious this was a pedestrian accident. I don't think a human body can twist up like that to look "real". The shit WAS real....and take into account the damage to the front of the car and yada yada yada. Also, i'm not worried about being alone and stopping. If it were a set up, they went through alot just to get me and even so, they'd have another problem to deal with. I just hope that if my sorry ass is lying on the side of the road one day, you'd stop and offer help.
I guess he made it, nothing in the news about it.
