[quote="Chronic Diarrhea":a7c9c]Age: 17
Height: 5'9"
weight: 175-ish

Bench: Used to be 250 before I injured my back playing football: now I'm somewhere at 210-215 cry:
Squat: 275 per 5 reps: I don't know what I do now with my screwed up back
Leg Press: Dunno, never really do that. Somewhere around 550 probably.

I'm thinking about taking some steriods. Not Andro or Creatine, but real roids. I know its probably not good, but I wanna get up to about 230 lbs. I can't do that without the juice. But I've never really taken anything before so I'm not sure...[/quote:a7c9c]

before you head down that road..think about this...roids weakin muscle tissue.. you lift the mucle tissue tears more easily and it grows larger faster...sounds great till you remember this...THE HEART IS A MUSCLE.!!!..start at 17 youll be lucky to see 50. think about it.

big fella? That offends me... biggrin:

Snatch squat: no clue, we never did that in our football program. I did try it though before I hurt my back, and it is hard as hell. It works you hard though.

Power clean/hang clean/jerk: before injury I maxed out at 270 at power clean. Hang clean is pretty much the same, although you don't have to touch the weight to the ground once you lift it up. After injury I'd be suprised if I can get 200 anymore.

We have a big fat lineman at a college here that cleaned 550 lbs, benched 545, and squatted 835 lbs. Holy crap.

230 and say good bye to speed? WTF are you talking about? How much do you think runningbacks weigh? They may not run 10 second 100's but, they are still very fast.

Snatch squat is great, and clean and jerk is a powerclean with a shoulder press and the end. as a guard i take offense to the big fat lineman comment
