I assume there is a DHCP server somewhere in your LAN, and its probably your router, right? So, on the machine running Win95:
Click Start, then Run
Type winipcfg [Enter]
Click on arrow and look for your NIC, then click on it
Click Release
Click Renew, and wait a few moments.
You will get a new ip address.
An be able to browse the network.
If you at any time get an error message saying Cannot Release, then reboot the pc.
If still unable. Uninstall the NIC drivers and reinstall them.
