I normally start off doing some curls, and some dumb bell work outs to warm up my arms. Than i get into the bigger shit like bench pressing, legs, triceps, situps (need a tight tummy for da ladies biggrin: ) and push ups help out to

Ya i work out for soccer and hockey. I think the best way to work out is to focus on one part each day.
Monday - Arms/Chest
Tuesday - Legs
Wed. - shoulders
Thursday - Back
Etc

Nah, seriously, to keep in shape, I have a chin-up bar a boxing-bag and gloves and running shoes. That's all you need!

You should run 2 miles three times a week.

If you plan on training constantly, you should work out six days a week. Alternate your muscles on different days (Monday = upper body, tues = lower body, wed = upper, etc)

For upper body: Pushups, Curls, Pull-ups, freeweight curls

lower: Cardio/aerobics (running, stair climbing, biking), freeweight benches.

I jog to the Tim Horton's every morning for a coffee, it's a good 4km away. Simple workout, and it keeps me from becoming a lardass.
