anyway to speed this up after its down loading? seems like it takes forever, and by teh time its done the map has changed, very annoying.

i think this might be the point at which Punk Buster is scanning you. It usually takes me about 10-20 seconds to finish the scan.

EA claims part of this was due to the 3rd party stat sites.

EA has cut there stat request until they can improve the stat servers.

mine goes really fast... loads then 4-5 seconds and I'm in. when it loads another map and it shows the scores its even faster

it takes a while for me too. i wonder if the size of the harddrive ahs anything to do with it? Mine is 160 gig partitioned in half
