Keep getting 'unrecognized entry in...' errors

I've just did a clean install of mohaa+patch 1.11 and keep getting these errors.
I did a copy (took out the gameplay) of the game up until the error:

Getting the safe mode/normal mode window on start up

Hi,
Recently I've been getting the window that has the 'The last time mohaa ran it crashed' please select which mode you want to run in:
-safe mode
-normal mode
-....
-....
It never crashes...

I read that a good number to set virtual mem. is 1.5(x)your physical memory.
I have 512Mb DDR2700 ram so I have mine set @ 768Mb. Seems to be working good for me.

no, only way to fix it for opengl games like...

no, only way to fix it for opengl games like mohaa is to download/install a refresh rate lock program like ozzy said. If you have sp1 for windowsXP this fixes the refresh rate only for directX games.
